The People & Culture team at AEG are looking for a People Advisor to ensure a ‘Best in Class’ employee experience is delivered.

You will:

  • Provide generalist HR support to the business and support the People Team in delivering the HR & People Strategy.
  • Partner with and support designated teams, overseeing all Employee Relations matters and processes within these teams, providing relevant advice, coaching, and training to people managers.
  • Support scoping and delivery of HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, learning & development, fostering an inclusive culture and the wellbeing of our people.
  • Act as role model and champion of our company values, to integrate them into local processes and literature and assist with coordination of training on the subject.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is part or fully CIPD qualified
  • Has previous, relevant and substantial HR experience in a fast-paced customer orientated environment
  • HR experience to include but not limited to performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, family leave and flexible working.
  • Experience leading complex Employee Relation cases.
  • Experience of working with a variety of contract types, including casual, hourly, annualised hours.
  • Good understanding of Employment Law.
