Premium Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for a range of premium hospitality products, specifically a new premium membership experience launching later this year
- Prospect and engage buyers through creative lead generation methods
- Execute and lead dynamic sales presentations using virtual sales tools, external appointments, phone prospecting, social selling and events to close contracts
- Proficient in cold outreach to new clients using various methods – cold calling, LinkedIn, email, face to face appointments
- Effectively follow up with customers and prospective customers in order to build relationships to help drive business and to meet excellent customer service requirements
- Attend external events with the purpose of selling, networking, gathering leads and sales prospects
- Contribute positively to a competitive sales team culture and participate in sales team meetings and training sessions
- Regularly produce accurate updates on prospecting activity, sales performance, outside appointment and event recaps
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience in sales in the hospitality/sports/entertainment industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to write reports and brief other teams on client fulfillment
- Highly organised with very good coordinating/project management
- Good problem solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM experience
- High level of professionalism, integrity and ability to maintain sensitive information
- Self-motivated, resourceful with creative-thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- An infectious can-do approach
- Results focused, driving exceptional results independently and as part of a team
- Strong relationship building experience
- A team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment
- The successful applicant will be required to work some evenings and weekends to support our clients
Desirable:
- Ticketmaster platform experience preferred (Archtics)

The role will be office based from our state-of-the-art Co-op Live sales centre in Manchester’s Northern Quarter and will move across to Co-op Live once we open in April 2024.
Salary: up to £40,000 plus sales bonus
