As we gear up for opening in April 2024 and announcing the incredible artists and live shows coming to Co-op Live, we’re looking for a Premium Senior Sales Executive to join the sales team. This is a fantastic role that’s vital in supporting the roll out of a brand new premium membership experience which will be completely unique to the UK market.

If you have the talent of making quick, meaningful connections with people, results driven in premium hospitality and naturally motivated to identify new sales and targets this is the role for you.

Ideally you will have a network within Manchester (or the surrounding area) and can hit the ground running from day one to passionately communicate our mission of becoming Europe’s best and most sustainable live entertainment arena.

Our Role

  • Meet assigned sales goals for a range of premium hospitality products, specifically a new premium membership experience launching later this year
  • Prospect and engage buyers through creative lead generation methods
  • Execute and lead dynamic sales presentations using virtual sales tools, external appointments, phone prospecting, social selling and events to close contracts
  • Proficient in cold outreach to new clients using various methods – cold calling, LinkedIn, email, face to face appointments
  • Effectively follow up with customers and prospective customers in order to build relationships to help drive business and to meet excellent customer service requirements
  • Attend external events with the purpose of selling, networking, gathering leads and sales prospects
  • Contribute positively to a competitive sales team culture and participate in sales team meetings and training sessions

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Previous experience in sales in the hospitality/sports/entertainment industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM experience
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and ability to maintain sensitive information
  • Self-motivated, resourceful with creative-thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An infectious can-do approach
  • Results focused, driving exceptional results independently and as part of a team
  • A team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment
  • The successful applicant will be required to work some evenings and weekends to support our clients

The role will be office based from our state-of-the-art Co-op Live sales centre in Manchester’s Northern Quarter and will move across to Co-op Live once we open in April 2024.

Salary: up to £35,000 plus sales bonus
