London Stadium are looking for a Project Manager to join the team.  The successful candidates will be supporting the Capital Projects Team, and the wider Technical and Operations teams on all matters.  The role covers capital investment, lifecycle projects and venue transitions for multiple events (including football, baseball, concert, athletics).

Key Responsibilities

You will be working with the Capital Projects Team to ensure that all projects are suitably delivered from inception to completion and post completion monitoring.  You will work with stadium contractors, as well as West Ham United, Major League Baseball, UK Athletics and concert promoters.
The role will also involve close working with the Stadium facilities management contractor (Vinci FM) to ensure the stadium lifecycle and maintenance needs are met.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

This role requires an experienced Project Manager with ambition.  An ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets is essential, as is an ability to work with multiple stakeholders with differing priorities.
The successful candidate for this role will have a track record and qualifications relevant to effective Project Management.  Knowledge of Stadia operations and football, concerts and other major events will be an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
We lead in promoting a diverse and inclusive range of events, liaising with a variety of partners, staff across the venue and visitors. In this role, we are looking for a talented individual with relevant lived/work experience of working with diverse communities like those we serve in east London.
A candidate with experience and passion about addressing climate change and environmental sustainability will be advantageous.
