Technical Manager – Arena del Rio, Colombia

Professional in Civil Engineering or Architecture with 15 years of experience in the construction sector, five of them exercising the role of senior project manager for the design, development and construction of large mixed-use projects (projects of more than 100,000 m2 of construction), with experience in budgeting, cost control and negotiation with suppliers. 

Preferably have knowledge in programming, project management (PMI) and / or specialization in construction management and / or project management.

Purpose of the position

Lead the technical management in the construction of the Arena del Río project, which allows to achieve the goals proposed by the real estate developer and meet the expectations of investors.

In addition, he will be in charge of supervising, advising and facilitating the management of the Project Management and other suppliers and / or consultants hired to achieve the correct integration and construction of the work.
