This is an exciting entry level role created to develop talent in the music, venue and entertainment space.

You will support the Venue Management team in the delivery of 120+ venues a year, ensuring we provide the best venue experience for our fans and artists.

The Role:

  • Work & shadow the venue managers ahead of all events to ensure that the needs of our fans and artists are exceeded
  • Be involved in driving operational excellence in the building, shadowing the venue management team to understand what an exceptional fan and experience looks like
  • Support on all administration for the venue management team, learning the ropes, understanding what we do and why we do it
  • Manage the co-ordination of the venue team rota to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time
  • Support on the planning and organizing of meetings for both internal and external meetings
  • You will be meeting the full venue team and building relationships to understand each department’s role and how they each help bring the venue to life for each event
  • Support the Venue Team in the recruitment, training, and development of venue teams to ensure we have the best people working in our venue
  • Get involved in a variety of projects and initiatives supporting the Operations leadership team and Operations Director where needed

Salary: £26,000
