Job Summary

Tottenham Hotspur is a world-famous football club based in North London. Off the pitch, the Club has a strong and successful business model centered around building a platform for long-term success, which includes a new world-class stadium.

The purpose of the role is to source and engage potential customers to buy stadium tours, visitor attractions, seasonal general admittance tickets, as well as matchday premium experiences. From time to time the role will also provide support for the wider venue and business income streams.

The Venue Sales Executive role is based out of the Club’s headquarters in Lilywhite House and will be focused on securing sales and retaining customers through telephone activity and face-to-face meetings. Due to the nature of the role, the position will include some shift-work to include mornings, evenings, weekends and/or Bank Holidays, so a flexible candidate is sought

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on sales targets for Premium experiences, General Admittance & 1882 season tickets, Visitor Attractions, Club owned Conference Events and all third-party stadium events
  • To meet agreed retention and contract extension targets for existing seasonal Members
  • Represent the Club positively on match days and at networking events, exhibitions and conferences, with a view to maximising sales
  • Negotiate closure of all sales and manage client handover to membership services team
  • Deliver timely sales reports to line manager
  • Track weekly performance against agreed targets and manage sales pipeline
