Drone delays Bradford City home game

Bradford City was forced to delay its English League One match against Bristol Rovers after a drone was seen hovering above the football club’s Valley Parade stadium.

Referee Andy Haines was alerted to the nearby drone just over an hour into the game on Saturday.

With the score at 0-0, Haines temporarily stopped the game and took both sets of players off to their respective dressing rooms. Play resumed three minutes later.

The game finished 1-1.
