Twickenham Experience, the provider of hospitality and corporate services at the London rugby stadium, has made two major changes to its senior management team.
Andrew Waters, a member of the Twickenham Experience team for more than four years, has been named as conference and events operations manager.
In his new role, Waters will assume responsibility for the operational delivery of the venue’s conference and events business, as well as developing new packages and enhancing the stadium’s customer experience.
Meanwhile, Thomas Rhodes has become head chef after three years as senior sous chef with Twickenham Experience.
Rhodes will be able to design and create new dishes for menus at the stadium, as well as work closely with the coordination teams to ensure customers’ culinary needs are met.
Chris Morris, managing director at Twickenham Experience, said: “Starting off 2017 with Andrew and Thomas in these new roles is a fantastic boost to the team. We’re anticipating a very busy year ahead as lots of exciting new developments are set to take place at the venue so we’re looking forward to seeing what they both can achieve in their new roles.”
