NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: New 3G artificial grass pitch, LED floodlights, pitchside fencing and associated ground works and draining.
Applications are invited from suitably experienced contractors, who wish to be considered for a select tender list for the above works.
The project will commence no earlier than January 2024, with an estimated construction cost of £582,000 plus VAT.
The Contract will be JCT Intermediate Form. Interested Contractors who have a Constructionline notation value of at least the estimated contract value and in works category 45112720-9 can apply for inclusion on the select list by providing details of three similar sized projects completed over the last five years. These will be marked on a pass/fail basis only.
Applications should be made to info@DURNIEN.com with the project title in the subject line. Separate applications must be sent for each individual projects. The selected tenders will then be sent the necessary tender documentation, which will have a price and quality scoring matrix.
