Skiddle, the UK-based primary ticket outlet, has introduced what it describes as an “industry first” initiative that will allow customers to cancel tickets and claim a full refund.
The new ‘Cool:Off’ option gives customers 72 hours from the moment they make a purchase to apply to return their ticket and claim their money back.
Skiddle said that Cool:Off will give customers the confidence to secure tickets first before then arranging time off work or making sure their friends can also attend an event.
The company said: “With Cool:Off there's now a more flexible way to buy tickets, where you have the time to make alternative arrangements or simply apply for a refund if your plans change.
“Cool:Off is a new, industry first as we at Skiddle continue to strive to give a fairer deal to music fans.”
