Barcelona continues attendance drive with revamped resale platform

Spanish LaLiga football club Barcelona has made changes to its ticket resale platform as part of plans to increase match-day attendances at the Camp Nou stadium.

Alterations to the program, known as Seient Lliure, were initially made during the summer and a number of new incentives have now been approved ahead of tomorrow’s (Saturday’s) LaLiga match against Sevilla.

The club did top LaLiga’s attendance chart last season but the Camp Nou only averaged crowds of 65,824 – around two thirds of the stadium’s capacity of 99,354.
