UEFA details protocols for Super Cup as tickets go on sale

Tickets are now on sale for this month’s UEFA Super Cup in what will be football’s biggest attended game in six months.

European football’s governing body has made 3,000 tickets available for fans of both Champions League winners Bayern Munich and Sevilla, who won the Europa League. Some 500 tickets will be offered to Hungarian health workers as part of UEFA’s ‘Thank You’ campaign, which recognises the efforts of doctors, nurses and others during the pandemic.

Fans will undergo a body temperature check on entry to the stadium, with anyone presenting a temperature of 37.8°C to be turned away.

Fans have must keep a distance of 1.5m from other spectators and wear a mask at all times covering their nose and mouth within the whole stadium perimeter.
