ASM Global has appointed James Tagg to the newly created role of culinary director, while Mark Chan has been named head of procurement.

Tagg (pictured right) previously worked as executive chef at Manchester United, and also held roles at Murrayfield and Hampden Park. Chan (pictured left) joins ASM Global from technology company Rocketeer, where he has overseen and led on commercial growth around the world.

Tagg started his role earlier in the month, with Chan commencing work at ASM Global from this week.

Stadium and arena point-of-sale specialist MyVenue has appointed Claudia Lezcano, chief executive of fast-casual restaurant chain Fuku, to its board of directors.

Lezcano (pictured centre) has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in marketing and hospitality. She joined Fuku in November and previously worked for the NFL’s Miami Dolphins, Major League Baseball’s Miami Marlins, and Burger King Corporation.

Peter Tudor has left his role with Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the London Legacy Development Corporation.

Tudor spent 12 years as director of park operations and venues.

World Rugby has appointed Neil Hitchen as its new head of finance.

Hitchen is currently finance director at City Football Group and will join World Rugby next month in time for the Rugby World Cup, which takes place in France from September 8 to October 28.

Hitchen will replace Robert Brophy, who stepped down as chief financial officer of World Rugby in June.
