Oklahoma State University has entered into a partnership with event management specialists Tailgate Guys in a move designed to enhance the game-day experience for supporters.

Tailgate Guys will provide premium tailgate packages for Cowboy fans outside of Boone Pickens Stadium from the 2018 college football season onwards.

The company will manage specific locations on the university’s campus, providing services such as bellhops, catering, high peak tents, tables with linens, chairs, and media TV packages. The packages can be used by small groups of five guests or for large-scale events for more than 1,000 people.

Supporters will receive access to the amenities across the country, along with specific offerings relating to the OSU community.

OSU senior associate athletic director Jesse Martin added: “Over the last decade the pregame atmosphere around Boone Pickens Stadium has evolved into one of the best in the Big 12, and we are extremely excited to partner with Tailgate Guys as we continue to give Cowboy football fans options to enhance their game day experience.

“When selecting a premium tailgate service provider, a shared passion for great customer service and providing a first-class tailgate experience for fans were two key reasons we chose Tailgate Guys.”

Boone Pickens Stadium has a capacity of 56,000 and has been the home of the Oklahoma State Cowboys since 1920.
