Chargers’ season ticket sales open for move to new stadium

Season and suite tickets for NFL American football franchise the Los Angeles Chargers’ move to the new L.A. Stadium for the 2020 season are now open to the public.

The ticket prices for general seating range from $50 (£38/€45) to $90 per seat each game, which is in addition to the associated one-time stadium seat licence (SSL) payment of $100 for each seat.

The premium products have SSL prices that range from $500 to $3,000 per seat, with an additional ticket cost ranging from $70 to $150 per game.

The Chargers relocated from San Diego to Los Angeles for the 2017 season and are due to move into their new home in 2020. The state-of-the-art stadium at Hollywood Park will be shared with the Los Angeles Rams. Construction began in November 2016 and the project is expected to cost about $2.6bn (£2bn/€2.2bn) in total.
