Global sports and entertainment company Oak View Group (OVG) has announced d&b audiotechnik and Britten as its new preferred partners, with the aim of enhancing in-venue sponsorship applications.

d&b audiotechnik will be the preferred vendor for the installation of new or significant upgrades to audio technology at North American properties owned and operated by OVG.

The company provided the audio system at Co-op Live, the Oak View Group venue scheduled to open this month in the British city of Manchester.

“The folks at OVG have an outstanding reputation for developing top-tier venues for the sports and live events industry,” said Laurence Italia, President and chief executive of d&b audiotechnik Americas.

“We look forward to this partnership to deliver an elevated audio experience for fans and audiences around the world.”

As the non-digital signage vendor for OVG, Britten offers additional sponsorship opportunities through its product portfolio including large format print and Foam 3D.

Britten is said to be a leader within the large format print industry.

“The partnership with OVG is a strategic decision to bring our retail sponsorship experience to the leader in sports and entertainment venues through offering solutions across our innovative product portfolio,” said Britten chief executive Ryan Kennedy.

Britten and d&b audiotechnik will also serve as solution providers to the Green Operations and Advance Leadership (GOAL) scheme.

GOAL is a sustainability programme for arenas, stadiums, convention centres, cultural institutions, and other large venues.
