English Premier League football club Wolverhampton Wanderers has partnered with Bleep to install its integrated EPOS and payment solution throughout hospitality and concourse areas at Molineux.
Wolves completed the first phase of the rollout in time for the start of the 2018-19 season, with more than 50 Bleep EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) terminals and integrated Ingenico Payment devices having been installed in Molineux’s Stan Cullis and Billy Wright Stands.
The initiative overhauls Molineux’s corporate lounges, restaurants and fast-service food and beverage outlets. Bleep TS-813 Android EPOS terminals have been fitted on the concourses and will feature space saving, built-in receipt printers and barcode scanners with customer-facing video displays, allowing Wolves to run promotions and engaging content at the point of sale.
The EPOS terminals integrate with an Ingenico payment terminal, with hospitality areas utilising the TS-915 EPOS terminals with integrated portable, pay-at-table Ingenico devices to take payments and print bills at the customer’s table.
The front end of the solution is linked by Bleep’s cloud-based back office software, Web Back Office, for sales reporting, stock control and efficient price and product changes.
By partnering with Bleep, Wolves hope to improve the club’s customer experience to help increase revenue and spend per head at Molineux, while also providing management with more control and data.
